"CONS: Old flats. Not even marble flooring but those old floors. Old used bathrooms. Kitchen is pathetic with broken wardrobes. For 3bhk at present it costs around 20-25k including maintenance. Depends on your bargain ability. PROS: Flat area is good(~1500). Society is located right below Sector 61 Noida Metro. Locality is excellent, probably best in noida. Surrounded by lush greenery and many parks (royal garden etc) in close proximity. Aqua line metro ( for greater noida) is also near(~1km). High level security in the society."
